The staff is top-tier customer service. There was a girl named Jessica and a man, I didn't get his name, the night we checked in. They were so helpful and accommodating. There were two other ladies, whose names I didn't get. One was tan, tall, with long curly hair and the other was fair skin, average height, and waist-long hair. Those two ladies were the ones we interacted most with. My mom had surgery which was the reason for the trip. These two women were so kind to us and my mother. Checked in on her anytime they saw us or her. They were helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. The breakfast was good, and the guy who drives the shuttle bus knew exactly where to drop us off and gave us directions for when we got inside, the room service ladies were very kind. It was all just a nice experience.

I love the friendliness of the staff, they were always willing to assist The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and the airport shuttle was reliable.

It is a very good 'value for money' option. Beds are super comfy, perfect for short business like or shopping trips to Miami. It has a fairly equipped gym and a pool. I think it is good to know that renting a car is probably the best option in Miami, but near the hotel you have shops and restaurants that are walking distance.

I will like to take the time and write the great experience I had at this hotel. I will definitely be booking here from the moment you walk in the staff is super friendly and helpful the rooms are nice the pool I just loved everything about this place

I would of liked complimentary breakfast but the Bistro people were very nice.

The room are very clean, the personnel is friendly, I ask for a late check out due to delay in my flight and they extended me without problem. Recommended 100%.

The staff was amazing. I was here for my birthday and they made me feel extra special! the bistro was great and so was the pool! overall a wonderful experience.

Nice, comfortable ! I liked the hotel and the proximity to the airport and and that they offered a complimentary shuttle. Also, we were pleased that there was a restaurant on site.
